Subscription terms

Draft for launch planning. This is written to reflect Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, but should be reviewed by a lawyer before you go live.

These terms cover your The Jerky Drop subscription. By subscribing you agree to a recurring charge for your chosen box, billed on the interval you select (monthly or yearly), renewing automatically until you cancel.

What you get

Each box contains the number of full-size bags for your chosen tier — a mix of core flavours plus one rotating, box-exclusive Featured Cut. Contents may vary month to month as the Featured Cut rotates.

Billing & renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each period at the price shown when you signed up.
We’ll disclose the price, interval, and renewal terms before you pay, and email you a copy.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Jerky is HST zero-rated, so no sales tax is charged on the product.

Delivery area

We deliver within Ontario only. If you move outside our delivery area, we may not be able to continue your subscription.

Changes, skips & cancellation

You can skip a month, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. See our renewal & cancellation page for details and your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
