We keep cancellation genuinely easy — no phone calls, no retention maze, no fee. This page summarises how renewals work and how to stop them.

How renewals work

Your box renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
We show your price, interval, and next charge date before every commitment.
You’ll receive an email copy of your agreement when you subscribe.

Skip, pause, or cancel

From your account you can skip an upcoming month, pause your subscription, or cancel entirely in a couple of clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

Your rights (Ontario CPA 2002)

Clear, up-front disclosure of price, renewal, and cancellation terms.
An emailed copy of your subscription agreement.
The ability to cancel as easily as you signed up.
